➡️ Customer service skills to listen to understand and address clients’ needs;
➡️ Interpersonal skills to relate well with colleagues and managers;
➡️ Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling;
➡️ Communication skills, especially persuasion, to convert leads.
Education & Experience:
➡️ At least a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related courses;
➡️ Real estate background with at least two years of experience;
➡️ Demonstrable success in previous roles held.
➡️ Taking part in the distribution of company literature such as brochures;
➡️ Supporting the Sales Manager and other staff in organizing various projects;
➡️ Establishing relationships with new customers and maintaining old clients;
➡️ Striving to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service;
➡️ Keeping a high level of knowledge about existing products;
➡️ Making presentations on company products to individuals, groups, etc.
